Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate an undergraduate scholarship programme on Monday.
The scholarships programme, being launched below the umbrella of the ‘Ehsaas’ social initiative, goals to offer 200,000 scholarships over the following 4 years.
In a tweet on Monday, the premier termed the initiative the biggest ever need-based undergraduate programme within the historical past of Pakistan.

He added that half of the scholarships can be awarded to ladies to advertise “human capital growth’.
“Fifty per cent of those scholarships will go to ladies to advertise human capital growth below the umbrella of Ehsaas programme,” he added.
