FM Qureshi leaves for UK to attend ‘extraordinary’ Commonwealth assembly

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has left for United Kingdom (UK) on Tuesday on a two-day official go to to attend an “extraordinary” frequent wealth assembly.

Talking to media earlier than leaving for UK, Qureshi stated that he shall be representing the nation in a “19th international ministers assembly” of the Commonwealth in London on the invitation of his British International Secretary Jeremy Hunt.

“Pakistan will proceed taking part in its due function within the Commonwealth,” he added.

The international minister stated that he may have the chance to fulfill his counterparts of different member states of the Commonwealth on the sidelines of the convention, including that he’ll current Pakistan’s report about mandates of 2018.
