Hassan ZiaBobby Brown Jr., the son of singer Bobby Brown, was discovered useless in his Los Angeles house on Wednesday, authorities confirmed to The News Observers. Brown Jr., the half brother of Bobbi Kristina Brown who died in 2015, was 28.
